Bad Weather Policy: If due to bad weather the session is cancelled the players will be offered a credit note to the value of the classes cancelled to be used towards a future term of coaching. Lessons will continue in light rain and will only be canceled in the event of heavy/constant rain making the courts unplayable. In the event of bad weather a final decision is only made 15 minutes before the start of a session. If a lesson is cancelled players will be notified by text or email provided when registering for the course. There are also rarer occasions when lessons are unfortunately cancelled 15 minutes into the start of a session. Our policy is to always try our best to play but ultimately we don’t control the weather. If lessons go ahead then no credit notes are issued. A maximum of 2 make-up sessions is available per term if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance and spaces are available. Should any session be unattended for any reason, unfortunately we won’t be able to issue a refund. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a course the following apply: Course registration cancelled more than 7 days before the first session will be charged an administrative fee of £7, and refunded 100% minus the administrative fee; Registration cancelled fewer than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but may transfer to a future course.
